JNL Climate Control Celebrates 25th Anniversary

Local HVAC business reaches quarter century with quality installation and customer service

IMG_0780This year, JNL Climate Control, an East Dundee HVAC company, celebrates 25 years of providing custom installation and quality customer service. Founded in 1991 by John and Lauren Beening, JNL Climate Control provides HVAC service, repair and maintenance to the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago.

Since the early 1990’s, JNL Climate Control has grown from 2 employees and 1 truck to a full service HVAC company with over 12 employees and 7 trucks. In 1998, Kurt Olszewski, Vice President, joined JNL Climate Control to lead the sales and marketing divisions.

“Moving from our location in Hoffman Estates in 2006 to our larger office and warehouse in East Dundee has allowed JNL Climate Control to become the large scale HVAC service provider we are today,” said Olszewski. “Since the move, we have been able to build our company and employee base. It is the trust of our customers and skill of our employees that have helped JNL Climate Control reach its 25th year.”

In the early 2000’s, the company introduced rolling sheet metal shops to its fleet in order to improve installation services.

“With the introduction of our rolling sheet metal shops we no longer have to fabricate ducting in our shop and bring it to the job site,” said President, John Beening. “By doing this, we are able to customize the ductwork and installation process to fit the needs of our customer’s home. Our rolling sheet metal shops cut down time spent in the field and ultimately save our customers money.”

To celebrate the company’s 25th anniversary, JNL Climate Control is partnering with the Habitat for Humanity of Northern Fox Valley. JNL Climate Control will provide a furnace and installation to a home in need through the Habitat for Humanity of Northern Fox Valley.

The company has received American Standard’s Distinguished Dealer Award and the Customer Care Excellence Award every year since 2004. JNL Climate Control is an accredited business through the Better Business Bureau, a member of the North American Technician Excellence (NATE), Professional Service Contractors Group, and Hoffman Estates and Palatine Chambers of Commerce.

JNL Climate Control’s 25th Anniversary serves as a milestone for the business and a chance to thank the local community. The HVAC contractor will donate a furnace and installation to a family through the Habitat for Humanity of Northern Fox Valley in celebration of its anniversary.

“We felt that Habitat for Humanity of Northern Fox Valley was an organization that aligned with our core values of commitment, faith, community and customer service,” said President, John Beening. “It is the communities in Northern Fox Valley and the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago that gave us our start 25 years ago. It seems fitting that we help give local families a good start with their new home.”

Since 1991, the local business has grown from two employees and one truck, to a full service HVAC company with over 12 employees and seven vehicles. JNL Climate Control’s donation will allow Habitat for Humanity of Fox Valley to expand on new homes and projects.
